Permits & insurance

What we need on file

  • Food and beverage vendors must hold a valid San Antonio Metro Health permit — no permit, no operation. Permits are obtained in person at 1901 S. Alamo St.
  • Vendors selling taxable goods must have an active Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit, posted at the booth. It's free from the Texas Comptroller.
  • Bring copies of your permit and certification to every market day.
Terms & signature

You are signing the full market information, conditions and terms — market details, booth setup, set-up & break-down, food permits, sales tax, payment, insurance, cancellation and liability. Use View application at any point to see the filled-out application form.
