The first Gov. Hill Market lands the weekend before Halloween, and we're leaning all the way in. The lot at 527 East Grayson gets decorated end to end — hay bales, cornstalks, string lights and a whole lot of orange.
Pumpkins and gourds by the pallet, picked out on the lot. Carvers, pie pumpkins and the small ones for painting.
